Rental is of the whole house only. We do not rent out individual rooms.

Linen is provided at the rate of $330 per booking (for max. 10 guests), payable with the balance, & includes our cleaning fee.

BYO beach towels.

Minimum stay is 2 nights. Exceptions are:

• Easter – 4 nights
• Long weekends – 3 nights
• Peak season (Dec/Jan school holidays) – 7 nights

Weekend rates are payable even if only Friday or Saturday night is included in the booking.

No Schoolies or wholly teenage groups.

Visit the original Treehouse in Vincentia, Jervis Bay.

Access & Parking

Please note our shared driveway, as with many Barrenjoey homes, is somewhat steep & our double carport has a defined turning circle. Instructions will be supplied to manage this efficiently. Access to the house is via external & internal stairs so those with limited mobility should be aware.

In addition to our double carport, 1 to 2 further cars may be carefully parked behind the 2 in the carport as long as the driveway is not blocked for our neighbours.
